WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer UPS or DHL Standard Delivery at check-out. The shipping time depends on your shipping country.
Please note that delivery times are given as an indication and are dependent on the carriers. Jane again cashmeres cannot be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control. Delivery fees will not be reimbursed if the deadlines are not respected by the carriers, as these delays do not result from our services.
We will, of course gladly provide you with assistance if any issues are reported regarding the delivery of your parcel.
DO I NEED TO PAY THE CUSTOM FEES?
Taxes and duties are calculated according to the cost of your order and shipping destination. French VAT is not applicable to orders dispatched within EU destinations (article 293 B of CGI V - N° SIRET :482 120 185 00012). Countries outside Europe are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. This will be indicated at check out.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be dispatched within 3 - 4 weeks from the time you place your order.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to view the delivery steps on the carrier’s website. If you wish to make changes to the delivery address once the order is shipped, please contact your local delivery company.
I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT CAN I DO?

MY PACKAGE WAS SENT BACK TO THE SENDER; WHAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN TO IT?
If the address you provided is incomplete, or if the package was damaged during transport, the package may be automatically returned to us.
In this case, please contact us at info@janeagaincashmeres.com so that we can find a solution together.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?
It is the Client's responsibility to check immediately, at the time of receipt of the package, the conformity and integrity of the item delivered. Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt and only if the item has not been worn and has all tags attached. To initiate a return, or an exchange please contact our Customer Service via info@janeagaincashmeres.com.
When returning an order, place the item in the original packaging, along with any accompanying documents (order confirmation) and the delivery slip. Any item that is returned damaged, used or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged. Returns are at the expense of the buyer and should be sent to the following address, after confirmation of the return by our Customer Care department :

If a refund is requested, it will be made to the bank account debited immediately on receipt of the returned item. This refund will also include the refund of the initial delivery costs if all the items delivered are returned, if only part of the order is returned, the initial delivery costs will not be refunded.
